Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use UdioMusic Studio only where you are legally permitted to do so.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, probe infrastructure without permission, or use the service to create or distribute unlawful or infringing material.

Service identity

UdioMusic Studio is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC.

Your inputs and generated results

You remain responsible for prompts, lyrics, audio, and other material you submit, including having the rights needed to submit and process it.

Generated results may be similar to material produced for other users and are not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Usage limits, included rights, and feature access are described on the pricing page and may differ by plan and billing interval.

Applicable taxes, currency and payment details are shown at checkout. You authorize applicable recurring charges when starting a subscription.

Plan access and commercial entitlement

Free accounts receive the allowance shown on Pricing, create public songs and can listen online. An active paid subscription is required for private-song controls, downloads, extension and stem separation. A download format is available only when the corresponding file exists. Private visibility controls who can access a song; processing is still needed to create and store it.

Commercial entitlement and license-certificate issuance require an active annual Starter or Plus plan. Within that entitlement, and only to the extent Dreamspark AI LLC has the rights to do so, we grant permission to use eligible generated tracks in commercial projects, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party rights. The certificate records a platform-issued license; it does not confer exclusive ownership, guarantee copyright protection, clear third-party material or guarantee acceptance by any distributor or content-identification system.

You must secure all rights required for your inputs and intended use. Free or monthly access, and a later upgrade by itself, must not be assumed to clear earlier uses or third-party rights. Contact support with the track reference if eligibility is unclear. Rights validly granted for a track remain subject to the issued license and these conditions; subscription cancellation ends future paid access and new certificate issuance after the paid period.

Availability and changes

Generation may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.

Disclaimers and liability

UdioMusic Studio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that generated content will meet every legal, commercial, or creative requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, Dreamspark AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
