Commercial entitlement and certificate issuance on UdioMusic Studio require an active annual Starter or Plus subscription. Free and monthly plans should not be treated as including this annual entitlement.
What the platform license covers
Subject to our Terms, your eligibility and the rights we can grant, Dreamspark AI LLC permits commercial use of eligible generated music under the annual-plan entitlement. Intended uses include incorporating music into videos, podcasts, presentations and other projects. Retain the issued certificate and the relevant creation records.
Your inputs remain your responsibility
You must own or have permission to use all lyrics, prompts, source recordings and other submitted material. A platform license cannot grant rights in someone else’s lyrics, recording, likeness or other protected material. Do not use generated audio to imply an endorsement or identity you do not have permission to represent.
What a certificate means
A certificate records the license issued by this service for the selected track, its identifying information, issuance date and verification link. It is not government registration, a legal finding of authorship, proof of exclusive copyright, or a guarantee that a distributor or automated content-identification system will accept the track.
How to get one
- Choose annual Starter or Plus and confirm the plan in Account.
- Open My Songs and select completed tracks you are eligible to license.
- Open the commercial-license action, issue the certificates and save their verification links.
Do not assume that upgrading retroactively clears every use of a previously generated track, or that a private visibility setting changes the underlying rights. Contact support about a specific track or intended use when eligibility is unclear.
