Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, plan status, transaction references, usage records, prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, generated outputs, device and browser information, and service logs.

Payment card details are processed securely at checkout and are not stored directly by UdioMusic Studio.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and improve features, process subscriptions, enforce limits, store requested results, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We disclose only the information needed to operate your account, fulfill creation and storage requests, process payments, maintain security and understand service usage. External processing is subject to applicable agreements and privacy terms.

Public and private songs

Free-plan songs are public and may be viewed by people with the song link. Paid users can choose private visibility. Public sharing can expose the track title, audio, lyrics and other information displayed on the song page. Avoid placing personal or confidential information in those fields.

Private visibility limits who can access your songs within the service. We still process prompts, lyrics and audio to fulfill your requests. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

Cookies and storage

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage may remember an unfinished generation form and interface preferences. Optional site analytics, if configured, help measure usage. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may remove drafts and sign you out.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can sign out, manage or cancel an eligible subscription, and contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law.
